Yes, flawed judgements from Nigeria judiciary. I remember one in which one convict was set free from the prison just because the judge who read his judgement was (deliberately) promoted to a higher court just weeks before judgement was to be read.

I also remember the case of one Ibori who was discharged and acquitted in Nigeria but was found guilty and jailed for the same offence by a British court.
