Those nylon company and pure water company should be paying clean up tax. It's can be indirect tax and by doing that everyone pays for it both the producers and the consumer. Then The funds should be use for the clean up task forces.

How can this be done? Go the the trash site and whatever that is found there can be traced to the company. Imported or not..
