It won't be as easy as you think, Those CCTV if installed will be stolen and vandalized, Nigeria problem is complex.
What I would suggest is to divide the landmass of Nigeria by the total number of personnels in the Armed forces(civil defence, army,police,dss,sss,ndlea etc) each group is responsible for the safety of their catchment area and must give full account if anything goes wrong in your area of jurisdiction (e.g theft and stealing)

Is it not human beings that will control the CCTV? Is it the CCTV that will catch d criminals? There is a case where a girl was killed in a hotel in Lagos. The hotel has CCTV but refused to release footage to d family of d girl saying the CCTV wasn't working at d time d girl was in d hotel. What happened during endsars? All these technology don't make corrupt people effective. It makes corrupt people take their corruption to another level

Are you still doubting corruption in Nigeria? It stinks to the heavens. Why will they capture terrorist or they surrender and not try them in a court and yet set them free in the ground of amnesty? The result is what we saw in Zamfara , they went ahead to buy them vehicles and motorcycles to appeal to them and look at the horrible result.

Look at the activities of the officers at both their office before you obtain a common re issue of your travel documents and at the airport before you board your flight ? Is this good ?

Look at the ones on the road too, the Oga on top will give an order for them not to search people's phone and yet they continue to do it but who will bail the innocent man in the bush.
