:When you speak in tongues the holy spirit makes spiritual energy part of your spirit (he furnishes your spirit with strength .
The same way when you speak (confess) or (reckon ) a thing unto yourself for long he makes the reality of that which you confess a part of your spirit .

Any sprit that is behind the inspiration of what ever word you say ,thought you think ,images you look at ,or action you take constantly will make that which you do repeatedly part of your spirit or your soul depending of which region of your spiritual being he has access to .
This is also one of the mysteries behind addiction ,and perfection .
As it is written .
Philemon 1:6
[6]that the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

And also
Romans 6:9-11
[9]For we know that Christ has been raised from death and will never die again — death will no longer rule over him.
[10]And so, because he died, sin has no power over him; and now he lives his life in fellowship with God.
(Read verse 11 here carefully)
[11]In the same way you are to think of yourselves as dead, so far as sin is concerned, but living in fellowship with God through Christ Jesus.

Think of yourself also means "reckon,or consider yourself ,account or credit it to yourself as part of your personality .
And what you think of yourself you should confess (by speaking it out ) to yourself constantly daily and it shall become part of your spirit .

I am (you are ) to think of myself (yourself)as dead to shame,and to fear to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to men either online or face to face .
I am dead to evil thoughts ,evil imaginations ,pornography,masturbation,lust,
anger,bitterness,unforgiveness,laziness,lying,
And all kinds of things that are not of the kingdom of God .

I am not to only think that I am dead to them ,I must also confess these statement to myself constantly daily without Ceasing Even if I find myself in the midst of struggles with those things ;
because perfection can not be attained after one moment of practice but through persistence and importunate vigorous repetitions and accurate practice of a thing .

(This is not self -psychic but the acknowledgement of a reality that is resident within your spirit as a legal document enacted by God on the account of the finished works of Christ in order to make it an experience in your soul and your body ,and your life .)

)(though when you speak ,and talk unnecessarily or foolishly you will waste those energy by evaporating them out of your mouth ,and you will end up powerless and weak in the spirit .
You will find yourself weak to pray when it's time for prayer , so stop wasting spiritual energy by foolish idle talking .

May God be our strength in this .
