We should not forget money was also released for school feeding during covid 19 lockdown when all schools were under locks.
As far as I know, they don't do this feeding in public schools in my state. Pls is there anyone here from other states who has personally seen any school feeding in recent time?

I think the feeding takes place from time to time in nasarawa state, I think twice every week and happens few times in a year like that.

One of the biggest scam of this APC Government, the school feeding doesn't worth it in any way.

When people suggest feeding people as some sort of poverty alleviation scheme I just tell them straight-up its a silly idea because its not sustainable.

The person you feed yesterday would still be hungry today. How look do you intend to feed them for?

It’s better to channel the fund into more sustainable ideas; eg completely eradicate malaria, power, primary & secondary education (children cannot be children forever) etc.

Wastage is synonymous with this present government (they are not even feeding up to 40% of children in government schools, it’s mostly in northern states; that’s if it is still on sef).

Do they feed these kids once a month, or donthe 100naira feed each kid for the whole month?
Let's assumed they feed them 3 times a week, that will be 300naira per kid multiply by 10million kids which is 3billion naira.
Then in a month that's 12billion naira..
Yearly is 144billion and not 1.4Trillion someone mentioned up there..

Is this spending worth it?
NO!

12billion can build and equip more schools, employ atleast 1000 teachers, so in one year 12000 teachers and more functional schools would have been built and equipped with sound teachers..
