Few days ago, I was chatting with a lady friend of mine, in the course of discussion we talked about meeting in-laws and the likes. She now mentioned something that got me curious. She was like, she knew the questions that her dad would ask anyone she takes home.
I said oh really! What are they?

Questions like:

What are you life goals?
Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years time?
What’s your perspective about life?
What are your core values?

My question now is that, how do you answer this kind of questions without sounding arrogant or insulting?

answer the way you would answer your own father...be free,calm and relaxed...smile when you feel you are about going to get rude
