(My neighbours dog) but there’s this particular crazy dog called labadi. Looks like a local breed. That scares the shit out of everyone and it has bitten about 4 people in the compound already. He bite me also about two weeks back. Now the owner locks that labadi most times. Long story short o let my dog roam today labadi starts barking . Bearing in mind that my boerboel is looking bigger and muscular but my dog keeps running from that Mumu labadi. Or the smaller pets when they bark at it And brings his head down.
Please how do I get it to be more aggressive, plus I hate that labadi as well cause at the moment it’s like it’s only food this my dog cares about.

wait till your dog is like 8 months old and let that mumu labadi try that nonsense near your dog or try to bite you in the presence of your boerboel. That is when labadi will understand the meaning of PAIN in the head!!!

Not like I want it to be crazy but a boerboel should protect I think, but labadi really scares him. I am hoping when he is older it will have more authority but what I saw today the way it ran off broke my heart. Plus this labadi is a torn on the flesh of people. U need to see the way it pounced in my leg 2 weeks back. And I am sure if my Big black dog was there it will still not do anything . Labadi only respects the gateman, because the gateman feeds him, and the owner who can really control labadi

what's your experience, the dog is to young for anything. A dog's character is based on how you train it. Territorial ability of dogs are natural, some can be influenced.

Always take your dog for walk. Try to bring out the territorial ability by always scaring it. Don't make the environment comfortable for it, always try to make it angry and you'll see it's true nature.

Good morning, it is very normal for your Boerboel to be more docile as a puppy, but if you want your dog to be confident, then socialisation is the key, exposure is key, walk your dog, if your dog is confident it would be Dominant.
