The only time it was mentioned was on the newspaper that was just speculating what they believe was apc direction (and we all know how newspapers are used by their handlers to twist things hoping to make it subconscious act)

Officially apc have not taken a stance on the mode of selection, the document they brought out didn't say anything on the mode
