1. the major problem nowadays is that everyone has gone " inside " , gone are those days when children relied on the older ones and their parents for wisdom , directions, teachings and instructions . now they have all the answers right there on their palms , all they need to do is just press a button and they will get all the information they need ,

I feel your pain bro. But you're just dealing with the surface or effects, like most of us continue to do.

The root cause of the problem you're dealing with is that we're living in a society that we didn't create. Once upon our unfortunate encounter with Europeans, we lost control of our native language, education, religion. Those are the tools available in nature to create the society you want. Once people from a foreign culture make you abandon yours in exchange for theirs, they've given you a slow poison that would kill you later. We ate poison long time ago.
