NuclearReactor:Jesus Christ never issued a command against polygamy- He instead repeated God's Law regarding marriage which has been since the beginning - Genesis 2 vs 24 - the same law that justified Eunuchs and Polygyny in the Old is the very same Law that Jesus Christ handed down to His own followers. |

Polygamy is part of the things God permitted imperfect humans to try and see the result, it's not what God planned for mankind in the beginning {Matthew 19:4} so whoever wants to live forever in Paradise must do away with Polygamy now because there it will be one Adam one Eve, you and your partner alone in the family it was greed, selfishness and immoral lifestyles that leads imperfect humans into polygamy. It wasn't so from the beginning. We all read of the consequences of polygamy in the Bible, no family ever survived it without challenges! 1Corinthians 10:11 May you have PEACE! |
