Hello everyone, for a long time i have been having this issue i believe this is the right place to seek help here goes my story.

I started having intimacy when i was 22yrs and
currently am 24yrs i have only done it twice with 2 ladies and honestly it wasn't nice , it killed my self esteem so my first time of doing that i noticed i ejaculate too fast and when i meant to fast I meant like i haven't even gone in and i released and i couldn't be charged again so I felt disappointed and i went online and saw its called premature Ejaculation an since it was my first i thought its normal but on my second tria l i noticed the same issue and i was so sad what came out was a "colourless semen" (precum) so i was so angry with my self like i can't enjoy intimacy because of this issue the lady suggested i take something called Viagra chocolate and sex related drugs to last longer before having it but when i did i still experienced the same issue and honestly it made me abstain from any sex related stuff so i would not be called * one minute man* but its hurting me alot.

Anytime i get hard the * colourless substance * ( pre cum) comes out so much and this has made me i have NEVER seen my sperm before even while engaging in intimacy

I spoke to a friend and i opened up to him that when i was small i do take enough sugry stuff and currently i take too much of those carbonated drinks and he said that might be the problem that i should try to stop it but i still need help guys , if your a man you should understand what i mean.

Thanks u for this suggestion , Ur right about few things like am so focused on my self thinking if i would cum or not thanks again for the tips i have made up my mind to reduce my sugar intake and also taking yoyo bitters etc to control my sugar levels also
