Disclaimer
This doesn't include married people. If you cheat in a marriage, you have no excuse.

Guys say girls cheat. Girls say guys cheat. The truth is that cheating is never gender based. No gender is loyal. Most relationships start as a triangle. There's almost always a third (or fourth) party that is currently in a relationship with either (or both) of the new partners. Point is, approximately 70% of relationships start with at least one partner in another relationship.

Essentially, until you're married, you're aiding and abetting different cheats regardless of gender.

Scenario 1

Guy (let's call him LocalMan) goes to the beach with friends. His babe called a raincheck. LocalMan links up with a girl(let's call her LocalGirl) there that turns out to be more than just a voluptuous body. LocalGirl is single (or is she?). They drink and dance and electricity flows. New love is born. They exchange numbers and stay in touch. Days turn into weeks and LocalMan has witnessed inside LocalGirl. Soon his babe becomes his ex. Weeks turn to months, LocalMan and LocalGirl
are planning a wedding. Months turn to years and they look like the perfect couple/family. No harm, no foul in the eyes of the admirers.

Scenario 2

Girl (LocalGirl) is in an broke relationship. She likes it like that even though the lack of funds is in sapa levels. LocalGirl goes to her hometown for a week for her cousin's wedding. There she meets a guy (LocalMan) who is her spec (rich). Being her spec (moneybag) breaks all her barriers as she's not accustomed to such. She falls deeply for his good looks (money). LocalMan is an introvert without many friends talkless of girlfriend. The more he shies away, she gets more intrigued. They decide to sleep together. Local man is oblivious of current boyfriend. LocalGirl returns to her base and before the end of the week, she remembers her climax (smell of mint notes) with LocalMan. She smiles inwardly and calls him...weeks turn to months and LocalGirl and LocalGuy are engaged. Their pre-wedding pictures are posted online and admirers see no harm no foul.

All of us are guilty of this thing one way or the other. Aiding and abetting a cheater doesn't make you any different.

If your partner cheats on you, no reason am. Just move on, most likely your next partner will cheat on their partner with you to start the new relationship.

True.
No lies.
Your babe was another man's crunch. Then, you are aiding the cheat!

The aiding part is the keynote. Some people are actively doing it i.e they're cheating on their partner with someone they are well aware is also cheating their partner everytime they collide internally.
