Tambuwal To Emefiele: You’re Free To Run, But Leave Our Central Bank Alone by powerfulguy: 9:50pm On May 07, 2022

Sokoto State Governor and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential aspirant, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has called on the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, to as a matter of urgency resign his position in the interest of the nation’s economy.

Tambuwal, who made the call while addressing PDP delegates in Jalingo on Saturday, viewed the economy of the country as being in shambles.

The decision of Emefiele to run for the presidency, he believed, would have an immediate effect on the economy, considering its volatility.

He said, “It is high time that President Muhammadu Buhari called Emefiele to order. If he wants to contest, he must resign.”

Wondering why Emefiele would remain in office as CBN governor while seeking for the number one position of the country, he said, “If you want to run, please run, but leave our Central Bank alone.”

Tambuwal, who noticed that the economy is very volatile and such a decision can affect the economy, decried the present state of the nation’s economy.

Tambuwal, while noting that successful leadership demands fairness and equity, felt sad that the country is now more divided than ever before.

Is it Buhari’s govt that has made everyone think they can do even better, or is it that these men has gathered so much loots from the bad economy??

Because some of the people vying for the presidency wouldn’t even dream of it some 3 to 4years ago.. undecided

Seriously I have never seen a man as selfish as this Centra bank governor, the silly governor keep giving free money to the northern farmers while the southern one languishing in poverty
He singlehandedly destroyed Naira and now he want to shamelessly contest for presidency while still in office
I just wonder if Buhari still has any integrity left, anyway I leave the rest to the poster below me

Be it according to Public Service Rules, the CBN Act or even the Constitution, #Meffy is WRONG.

#Meffy should drop the keys to Nigeria's Central Bank vault and join politics full time if he wants to be President of Nigeria (not that he will be a good one IMHO).

Could he try this nonsense when he was GMD Zenith Bank?

Remain GMD and run for even Senate whether no be sack Baba Jim for sack am noni.

Politicians only remember the law when it fits their selfish interests lol, but he's right he has to resign if he intends to contest but this present administration treats the law as words written on paper without any effect.

Who is telling all these people to come and contest?
Everybody is a presidential candidate in Nigeria right now.
Including those that will contest and mess up the country like Buhari.

UNANSWERED QUESTIONS ON THE PURPORTED MURDER OF A SOLDIER COUPLE IN IGBOLAND

First NO soldier couple were killed anywhere in Igbo land, as being purported.

It's all the wicked fabrication of demoniacs, whom God has cursed.

Careful scrutiny has shown that the picture in circulation is not even the picture of any known Igbo person, let alone Igbo soldier.

No family in the entire Imo State and South East is loosing any soldier members of their family that was returning for any wedding. It's all a lie.

No village, community or Local Government Area in Ebonyi, Imo, Anambra, Abia and Enugu State has any record of such incidence taking place.

This is the lie of a demoniac, an evil spirit in human flesh, since such a thing never happened anywhere in any part of Igbo land.

Mentioning of unknown gun men and then IPOB in relation to a fictitious murder is the height of moral depravity from the dark and reprobate soul, of the haters of Igbo race.

If that incident ever took place, it took place in Northern Nigeria, and has nothing to do with the South East or anywhere in the Southern region.

*The promoter and publisher should be traced and arrested.*
The story is a lie. Let those that are forcing Nigerians to believe the devilish wizardry reveal these things:

1. What are the true identities and names of the so called military officers that supposedly lost their lives.

2. Which city or community were they travelling from and to which village, community or town were they going for the wedding in Imo State.

3. At which location, community or city where they intercepted and killed

4. Who are their families, what are the names of the Bride and Groom.

5. They must have printed their wedding cards, for which ever wedding. So there must be a Church for the wedding and the name(s) of their officiating ministers or pastors.

All these information can easily be provided and can easily be verified, since the couples must have been human beings and not ghosts. And the members of their families, friends and well wishers must be able to verify their stories.

*Finally all enemies of ndi Igbo who have been bent on killing of the Igbos shall from henceforth die by their own swords, in Jesus Christ name, Amen*

Those that bless the Igbos shall be blessed, and those that curse the Igbos shall be cursed. Amen!
