This is the one I talked about. It's what I am currently using on Sports24. It's wonderful and cheaper than almighty Eurostar even if I can't separate both based on performance. You don't need any key. Go to powervu menu change the old frequency to the new one. That's all.

It's different from the one you posted.

Good day @all, The best strong receiver around rightnow is 4950E, because it beats the 4950H only with higher processor.I tested the 4955 two months ago and i realised that its performance was not encouraging . I have a friend who sells these strong receivers so as soon as it arrives he sends them to me for performance testing, i also seek technical advice from experts outside , if in doubt please contact Sameer ,the patch expert..
