You are damn WRONG,It may not be the best but that is exactly the same LNB I'm using for my SP24,And I'm also using the same supermax 185cm dish (Not 1.85cm,but say 185cm or 1.85m....1.85cm is even less than a frying pan) albeit old.For the peace of God to reign in your life,DON'T use the dielectric plate that comes with the dish.I repeat,DON'T using the dielectric plate that comes with the dish,cut AMACO glass,skew your LNB @ 5 Or 6 O'clock,gain your NTA to 87-88% (If using 4669 for tracking,84-85% if using 4922 directly)and with prayers,you'll be smiling.

yes track yamal first and use scalar for is20 about 3-4cm above yamal. Good luck.

it is very possible.even i have the 2 set up on 60cm.just make champion tv primary and use scalar ring to attach intelsat 20 on top .

Before uploading the picture of the glass,I'll like you to bear in mind that your dish alignment is poor;even before inserting the dielectric plate,you should hit 73-75%,then when you insert it,you should get 84-85% (with your lnb skewed at 6 O'clock) after which you input the sp24 tp and tweak the lnb (this is the real tracking).Attached are pictures of the glass and my own sp24

I mean;cut off the rubber-like cover at the mouth of the lnb so that the polarisation pins become exposed,nothimg more!

You can also use ordinary plain glass, the Louvre glass type. That's what I'm using too.

Your decoder is likely 4669xii,that model always act up.I suspect two things1)software issues-Upgrade with the latest stb for that model and (2)The tuner is bad,therefore it sees only one polarisation and in this case,it's H.I can bet it wouldn't see all or most V Polarisations.Try can a V polarisation of any satellite and see if it sees signal.I think the latter is most likely the fault.
