I own SRT 4922A and 4329, is there any need to upgrade to current ones? Though I'm not so concerned about Sports 24 but for pure fta. What can one also do with SRT 4329; can the board of 4955 work on it since it is a bin's decoder not stb like 4922?

Hello bro, if you don't have any problem with your 4922A,and you don't intend to use it for power-vu..then you are OK for now But since a new software will be release soon for only the new brands(4950 upwards) you will stand the chance of enjoying "Goodies"and always smiling when they pop-up.
However, you can never interchange different Decoder softwares because of the configuration.. you end up "killing"the Decoder

@all..if you are thinking of buying a Decoder, please catch one of these 4955 or 4962l cos a new software will very soon arrive to meet our desire and even if you don't intend buying one,as an addicted FTA fan, just grab one for the shelves ... you may want to rest the other decoders
