@Spartacus11, I'm in Kogi State and I'm using 2.4m wiremesh dish (motorised). Badr is close to Multi Tv, try to get it first with about 80% SQ and you can now blindscan to also get multitv with the same LNB, cheers.

@Dennisme, you wish to try this other method to revive your decoder with the following steps: 1. Get an rs-cable 2. Get another working SRT 4950H from a friend or somebody 3. Connect the two decoders via rs-232 cable but switch off the fried one 4. Switch on the good one, go to system setting -> data transfer -> firmware, press ok and wait till it finish loading.

is it only when its in 8 o'clock we can nail it, I've been trying since but I did my decoder did not even flash green on the frequency 12265 H 27500

Most FTA channels are wack so don't expect programme guide. Even our local AIT, STV, etc does not have such guide
