It's still active, just track dstv first then proceed to amos 5 / eutelsat 16°, and all this is to help you get your sat angle right as you are new to that area

The best tp to use is 11884v30000,in my case tried using the usual tp above,but all failed.If you use my Tp above,you will track it in less than 5mins.
