The imo state attorney general had in a suit No FHC/ABJ/CE/415/2022, against RMAFC and others challenged the distribution of the said funds without unambiguous indices by RMAFC as provided by in Nigeria's Constitution.

This judgement will automatically trigger the Niger Delta militants to go back to the creek.

Don’t be surprised if kidnapping oil pipe vandalizing resurfaces in the Niger Delta.

Those politicians are the ones who will trigger and arm the militants.

Unrest in the Niger Delta is political.

Igbos

Doing what they no best - subvert the interests of the Niger Delta.

These land grabbers lost their claims of Rivers' oil wells at the Supreme court.

Why are they now getting court orders to halt the payment of revenue to oil producing states that they are now no longer part of?

At every critical point for progress of the ND, these igbos will rear their flat heads and cause commotion.

Typical parasite.

Buhari was sharing oil wells to Imo and had plans to cede oil wells in Akwa Ibom and that of Kogi to Abia and Anambra respectively towards placating you igbos to join their one nijeriya project.

Well Wike wasn't having none of that for Rivers and the supreme court overturned what the boundary commission under Buhari wrongfully ceded to IMO.

That court ruling by the apex court ought to have stopped that serial fraudster now governor of IMO to rescind any of his land grabbing claims and put an end to who really owns the oil wells . But no. The greedy okoro Judas had to drag RAMFAC to court to halt all due payments to oil producing states.

Your greediness and lusting for ND oil will not let you judases leave the ND in peace.

Is this not how your legislators voted against the 25% oil derivative under OBJ and sided with the north during the onshore offshore dichotomy? Even the recent disastrous PIB drafted by the north that now puts any state with a fuel depot and pipeline as an oil producing area , you igbos unanimously sided with the north.

You bloody parasites and leeches .

If you are not aligning with the north against the ND you will be planning your Igbo expansionism with an annexation of the ND.

You see why we truly hate your ass in the ND.

You will never hear an okoro Judas demand for a return to true federalism . it is either Biafra or Igbo presidency .

Why?

Because they are the architects of this mess called one Nijeriya .

Even their Biafra agitation is DOA without annexing the ND for her land, oil and coastal waters.

When Wike won the VAT case did you hear any Igbo person applaud the decision ?

Igbos remain the number 1 bloody hypocritical parasites.

This will just put igbos in the ND on radar.

We will chase them out .

This has nothing to do with oil companies . if at all the ND militants will demand payments directly from oil companies.

Nah Igbos go hear am for ND.

So we should let Igbos disrupt the flow of said money.

That money is used to pay workers and carry out projects .

So we should fold our hands and allow one okoro land grabbing bastard stop the little rights we have over our own resource ?

Is it also political when igbos go to court to obstruct and frustrate ND rights ?

I have said it. There is growing anti Igbo sentiments in the South south .

So after Supreme Court threw out Imo state land grabbing attempts and your fraudster governor still went ahead to stop distribution of oil revenues accrued to oil producing states despite IMO no longer considered an oil producing state.

Tell me if this is not Igbo frustrated bad belle towards the ND.

Taaa! Nothing will happen, the leaders of of so-called militants are now pipeline guards and gatemen. They collected the bones thrown at them so any fool that tries to cause disturbance will be wasted!

The stolen oil wells must be returned to Imo State.

Such a waste of sperm talking gibberish! The same oil wells in question belong to Igbos whether they're in Imo or Rivers, Egbema and Ndoni are 100% Igbos!

Wike rushed to the supreme Court to bribe the judges to give a stupid judgement when the boundary commission is yet to fully delineate the boundaries and you think such crazy judgement will stand?

Igbos own the largest reserves of onshore oil and gas reserves in Nigeria, if otherwise tell me which ethnic group has more?!

Such a deluded fool.

where do salaries and money for contractors handling projects come from ? No SS state has the population of Lagos or Kano that can survive without federal allocation, this judgement will cause unnecessary crises due to hunger and delayed salaries and it's targeted at Rivers State due to the 17 oil wells judgement they lost because of Imo state's greed. I know those who'll be happy sha
