The commissioner said most not all, i don't know why some people are criticizing him. I believe they can do other buz instead of doing OKADA, many that should be learn hand-work are either doing okada or playing gamble. we need to stop giving excuse and start thinking creatively. like yoruba use to say "Ise to ro ni ole lese". I can only hope the govt try to bring in more companies to easy the underemployment we are facing.
