I use Telegram alot and I haven't encountered such this, set your privacy that nobody can add you to any group not even my contacts and you are good to go...

Stop doing as if it's something serious go to your privacy settings and change who can add you to group chats to my contacts.

You didn't mention the part of you going through different porn groups on your telegram and exposing yourself to this action.
Anyways just report and leave and they'll not add you again. And stop the porn group visits

Go to settings, then privacy... And set it to only contact can add you to a group.

●Enter two step verification, turn it on and follow the instructions.
●After you are done, delete all the unwanted groups u have been added to.
Then u will be fine.

Its very frustrating, I had this issue on my WhatsApp, I keep getting deactivated from WhatsApp, by the time I send an email and I get reactivated after like a week, I'll see chats I didn't initiate to different contacts and groups I didn't join. After battling with these hackers for months, I changed my WhatsApp number, changed my phone and installed the later WhatsApp update. That solved the problem, I realized the phone was susceptible to being hacked. After the issue was solved, I changed number back to the initial one.
Also had the issue on Facebook, was added to over a hundred Chinese group, I changed my posts password, added more privacy and voila, it solve it.
I hope this helps you fight these guys because they are getting more and more creative every day.
