It is okay! There's nothing wrong with it over a thousand year ago! So far as it's proper marriage and not dating/fornication.

Can you send your only son to be killed and his blood shed for your adopted sons and daughters?

Sexual relations supposed to be based on mutual agreement between the two parties.
However when one party is below the age of adulthood then it's not normal because only one person will fully understand and enjoy it while the other party (underage) will not know exactly what is happening. It may lead to the death of the inexperienced, emotional torture or mental imbalance which will hunt her for the rest of her life.
So it's evil!
