you can apply with a Gce but you still need ur waec to prove that u finish high school whether u pass it or not.

I DON'T think it is possible... D medicals proper cost 12k... Vaccines cost about 17k... So if u pay only medicals- u won't get vaccinated... So it better u wait until d money is ready- so u don't spend transport to Ikoyi thrice instead of twice
