I like to help people but I agree with you on this one, I would rather give you money to lodge in a hotel. There's so much at risk letting someone into your space.

Prayer session, Sleeping Naked, Those loud farts at night, Fear of your belongings being stolen, Your secrets etc. The other party might even have different behavior and habits from yours and He/She might first pretend but at time goes on, They will unleash their true Colours..
