How does he explain Ahmed Lawan's stake in Yobe's elections he did not participate and now wants to represents the state at NASS. Where is fairness in that. Machina should stand his ground. 14 days yes, however INEC hasn't officially published the names. Okoye said they have received names but haven't published them, so they technically have some window. The names should ordinarily be out any moment from now.

There are technicalities in the old Electoral Act...S31(5) which could be exploited. Just maybe. It was corrected in 29(5) of the new one.

You cannot go to Court unless it is officially published since APC hasn't said they submitted A or B. It is just on social media.

William Edobor went to Court when INEC published Obaseki's name. Unless INEC releases the CTC or they officially put it on their website, it is still a rumour. Again, I don't listen to someone who writes for The Nation Newspaper but will prefer to hear from Okoye or Yakubu.
