for a single man...(vegetable soup should last a day)
For couples....(one evening)

Pepper/tomato/onions = 100#
Shawa-fish (according to ur coat) =200#
Vegetable = 50#
Locust bean or crayfish = 50#

I stay in Zaria for now, I don't know about the remaining north tho.
