The Aqeedah Creed, according to Lloyd is the Islamic 'Statement of Faith'. It was created in the 9th century, and dictates what Moslems are to believe, without any question or any doubts, or any uncertainties.

They can believe it in the heart alone, but can openly speak or say other things.

That is why Moslems will tell you whatever you want to hear, and will tell you just the opposite of what they believe, because they are not to divulge their beliefs publicly.
