infra means "before"

so after having "before" structure in place, what next...
1. it can decay
2. it can be used...

hence it is just the doing nothing
only human capital can drive the economy not a " before structure" in a competitive world economy not local monopolistic Nigerian negative style of subjugation, retrogression.............

How do you build human capital? What is your idea of building human capital? To me, it still boils down to job creation. How do you create Jobs? through infrastructure of course.

...Lekki deep Sea Port would have employed many Nigerians, creating jobs and even after operation in December, more Nigerians would be employed.

...The Siemens transformers to be fixed from September, would have already trained Nigerians fixing and maintaining them afterwards. Those are more jobs created and human capital.

...The Imota rice mill to be operational from October would have many in Lagos employed.

...The ongoing AKK gas pipeline construction is being operated wholly by a Nigerian company called Oilserve.

...The ongoing Ebonyi Airport construction has created jobs and would create more after operations.

...The ongoing rehabilitation of PortHarcourt refinery to be operational in 2023 would create new jobs and have people employed.

...The 600 million dollars steel plant in Southern Kaduna being built by a private firm would have many people employed.

I can go on and on. The best way to improve human capital is to build infrastructures.
