Of course, the AU will meet with Putin. After all, the organization equally represents Northern African countries like Egypt, Tunisia, etc, which rely considerably on wheat. But the fact remains that Sub-Sharan Africa is NOT dependent on wheat-based meals. How many of us eat spaghetti, pastries, or macaroni? There are even many alternatives to semolina like garri, fufu, plantain flour, etc. It would've been a different case if it was rice, but wheat?? C'mon!
