WHO COMES TO EQUITY MUST COME WITH CLEAN HANDS.

Of these 6 past and present CAN Presidents, only John Onaiyekan is a Northerner from Kogi state. He is even a Yoruba man.
1 Anthony Cardinal Okogie
2 His Eminence Dr. Sunday C. Mbang
3 Most Revd. Peter Akinola
4 Archbishop John Onaiyekan
5 Ayo Oritsejafor
6 Dr. Supo Ayokunle.

Among the last six CAN presidents, no Plateau man is good enough to take the position.
No Benue man and no Taraba man. What about Southern Kaduna Christians?
Not to talk of Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno or Kebbi indigenous faithful Christians. They are not worthy of that office.
The only Northerner among them is Onaiyekan, a Yoruba man from Kogi state.
PFN President past and present
Reverend J O Boyejo
Pastor Enoch Adeboye
Archbishop Benson Idahosa
Bishop Mike Okonkwo
Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor
Reverend Dr. Felix Omobude
Bishop Francis Wale Oke

These are the past and present PFN presidents. Not one of them is a Northern Christian. Southern Kaduna, Plateau, Benue, Taraba, Adamawa, Bauchi and Kogi Christians are not considered. Except they are telling us that it is Pentecostal Fellowship of Southern Nigeria.
This is not a post to make anyone become bitter or angry but to make you remove the log in your own eyes first before trying to remove the little particle in the eyes of a non religious organization like APC.

From you analysis you only ended up explaining how much christian are a major number nationally and aggregately.

So they can't be excluded from the two elective post that rules the nation they belong

It is foolish to start taking isolated arrangements via state to state, you never see christians complain of not having spots in the North West so why do you complain in the SE/SS

You are yoruba, how come ondo and ekiti always go christian/christian, perphas it exposed your foolishness that you only balance when their is significant number of the other fraction

There are significant fractions of Muslims in those state just that we Muslims tolerate people and you are taking these tolerances for granted now

you can only deceive yourself Muslims are not up to 15% in ondo Ekiti

If they were they would have taken over government, it's not a matter of tolerating the parties would both ensure they zone such as a combo cos that's how the voting block is

Tinubu is yet to succeed on his ill fated mission but jihadist brotherhood of NL is already breathing down our necks.

Can Muslims accept a Christian/Christian ticket?
. Almajiri will kill every igbo in the north at the first announcement of such by any major political party.

This ticket will end up in iragbiji!

Bro, you think they don't know these facts? They do but their bigoted minds would not make them accept them. Most of them wailing now would not even vote the man even if he picked Pope as his Vice.
Let everybody vote whoever they think is capable, don't even know what the fuss is all about when they should be celebrating that the man has miscalculated.

God bless you jare. He has fcked up. That is what opponents of BAT are shouting. Why not simply capitalize and get your candidate to Aso Rock then?

Why the noise? If my goal is open why not tap in and score instead of telling me to come and defend?

IPOBians are very weird people. The noise about Tinubu's choice of VP is really pain and frustration over how BAT has scored another genius move his haters know will take him to Aso Rock. Simple.

The fact that we are not ready to sacrifice this country to burn for the emilokon ambition of tinubu and his apc is why people who are just, fair, honest and wish this country with diversities to grow is why we are speaking out against Apc and their destructive agenda.
Christian-Christian ticket can never be accepted by Muric and the Muslim community, even the Christian community will reject it bcus it is wrong and unfair and doesn't promotes unity,so why should Muslim-Muslim ticket be accepted??
Apc must go for they seek to make our diversities break Us instead of make Us stronger.

Osun’s Christian-Christian Ticket, APC's Muslim-Muslim Ticket, and Religion in Yorubaland
By Farooq Kperogi

Just as a lot of the Muslims who endorse APC's Muslim-Muslim president ticket would declare a jihad against a Christian-Christian presidential ticket by a ruling party, a lot of the Christians who oppose a Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket would praise a Christian-Christian presidential ticket as evidence of progress, of religious tolerance, and of the praiseworthy deemphasis of religion in politics.
You know how I know this? I’ve noticed that some of the very people who’re having fits of hysterical rage over APC’s Muslim-Muslim ticket are celebrating the “religious tolerance” that Osun PDP’s "Christian-Christian" ticket symbolizes, particularly because Osun is a predominantly Muslim state.\

(For the record Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke is BOTH a Christian and a Muslim. Let's just call him a "Chrislim")
For good measure, they throw around the sterile, mendacious cliché about religion being immaterial in Yorubaland in light of the religious ecumenicalism of the people.

Well, if religion is immaterial in Yorubaland, why would an effectively non-religious but nominal Muslim Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s choice of a northern Muslim running mate rankle so many Christians in the region this deeply?

Until recently, Tinubu didn’t even identify with Islam publicly, is married to a pastor, and ALL his children are Christians. He sees himself first as a Yoruba man before he is a nominal Muslim.

Apparently, religion “doesn’t matter” in Yorubaland only when Muslims are rendered invisible there. Then it suddenly matters when they enjoy some visibility.

Even though Muslims constitute more than 50 percent of Yorubaland's population, there will not be a single Muslim governor there after Adeleke is sworn in. (I'm sure the people of Osun who voted against their incompetent governor who happens to be a Muslim don't care, but since religion has now been centralized in political discourse we need to point this out).

The people who fought for a “Christian” governor of Lagos State (so much for “religion doesn’t matter in Yoruba land”!) would celebrate the current state of affairs as evidence of the “religious harmony in Yorubaland.”

Consequence-free invisibilization of Muslims in their region is their definition of religious “harmony.” Harmony comes when different notes synchronize, but their own harmony comes the same note!

The hypocrisy of the religious fanatics of all faiths is galling. The supreme irony is that it’s often headless, irrational fanatics who’re quick to call others bigots and fanatics for calling out their bigotry and fanaticism.
