I had a similar experience in my neighborhood a few years back. I confronted the nuisance with the support of my neighbors. I told him to rather go stand in the middle of highways for his soul-winning nonsense, not in a quiet community as mine where the inhabitants desperately needed their peace. The man never showed up again.
