Aregbe na former strong supporter of Tinubu, he even gained a state through Tinubu, but that didn't blind him to the reality of today!

He realised earlier that Tinubu has reached his climax long time ago. He realised that Tinubu has nothing to offer Nigeria as a nation, he can still offer crumbs locally, but at the national level, he is a disaster that shouldn't happen. Aregbe decided to hands off his support, it might be selfish but in the long run it is for the greater good of the nation.

All well meaning Nigerians should do same. Tinubu has overstayed his welcome in National politics.

He has no electoral value and oyetola lost because he didn't support him, are you normal?

You obviously don't understand the politics that began to play in Osun from 2019.

The Osun people wanted a change right from 2019, but Oyetola barely made it, thanks to some technicalities, and Omisore.

It had nothing to do with Aregbesola.

He's even part of the problem. First governor to start paying half salary in Nigeria.

Ogbeni japa grin. He no wan see the defeat of his party coming. Waa gbayi sir. You did your best!

This was same man who first kicked against the Muslim-Muslim ticket in 2015 by shopping for osinbajo instead. Buhari was siad to have staged a walkout on hearing of Tinubu's agenda.

That's how we rule in Yorubaland. Religous bigotry doesn't have a place to live especially when it comes to the choice of a leader . Tinubu is not a true true representative of the yoruba nation. His level of acceptance here is a proof.
no one wants a Muslim Muslim ticket....it spells doom

Exactly.

Oyetola only managed to win 2019. Instead of sitting up tight, he performed with the same pace as before.

Anyone could already see that a clamour for change began in 2019.

This victory has absolutely nothing to do with PDP or APC.

When the Yorubas want change, they get it, no matter how much you bribe them.

The same scenario played out in Oyo state when they voted for PDP despite APC's impressive antecedents because Ajimobi was considered too elitist.

Aregbe couldn't deliver in 2018, it took Omisore to get the ticket for APC. Aregbe is overrating himself.
