I think it's for University grads with minimum of 2.2 but if you still want to give it a try. Under University select others then for highest degree select HND.

Upgrade your certificate. 200L student In University is equivalent to HND so you guys should still be studying not graduating.

Yes my sister. I blamed the government not those who hold the certificate. But the best advice is for one not to get it. Direct to University or ND then direct entry to University. Confused part of it is, University is cheaper, I still don't get it why people go to polytechnic. If money dey, sis, do a conversion.
