It would be more better if INEC can look into this and include the pictures of party candidates along side the party logo in the ballot papers.

Like if you want INEC to include pictures of party candidates in the ballot papers. Share if you think it's not good.

Baba, which one is cheaper to print, the Zambian ballot paper or the nigerian ballot paper?

What are you even saying, what's the difference between those two ballot papers? Is it not just the addition of the candidates pictures? So that will increase the cost of the ballot papers? Lmao

It is OBVIOUS that a page won't be able to accommodate the pictures and logo of every single contestants with their respective parties.

INEC should reduced the number of political parties to just 2, which is labour party and PDP only, others are wasting their time.

However, Tinubu urchins know that PETER OBI is your next President

I don't think the Zambian version can work in Nigeria because of cost of producing such ballot papers and lots of legal cases engulfing parties in Nigeria.

The cost of producing those papers and the cost of running concurrent expenditure...which is costlier

Our ballot papers used to be like that of the Zambian.
What INEC is doing is to be on the safe side. So it includes the names of all the registered political parties on the ballot so that no one will sue it later of not being included.
you made sense

Zambia has a little over 8 million voters while Nigeria has about 100 million voters.

Adding any other feature to the existing features in the ballot papers as INEC initially planned will require more ink to print them. INEC may ask for more money before they are included and it's justifiable.

You obviously know zilch about printing.

It CAN. The box that currently contains the parties' logos can be modified to include the pictures of the candidates and their logo as well, even if it means the logo will have to be reduced and placed on the candidate's picture without obstructing their face, it's very possible

There are far too many parties.
Does not represent an efficient democratic machine and says a lot about the ability of the citizens to crystalize their desires into ideologies.

For heavens sake which sensible peoples seeking to advance and develop will have 30 divergent ways, ideas or ideologies as vehicles to take them there.

Back to the topic, Nigeria has too many parties for that to work. If the list finally extends beyond one page because of the need to make it look like the one from Zambia, then there's a huge chance of voting manipulation. It can be as easy as keeping aside the sheets with a particular party, which ends up disfranchising a lot of people.

How will including the pictures make the list longer? Aren't the pictures supposed to be BESIDE the party logo,?

I wish you knew that the cost of printing a single ballot paper in Nigeria will be like 10 times the cost of printing a Zambian ballout paper just because of corruption.

Never you compare a sane country with Nigeria.

How do you determine a sane or insane country?

It would be more useful if OP continued or expanded on what he began by for instance showing Niaralanders ballot papers used by different nations in Africa. Why stop at Zambia?

Is Zambia ballot paper the best in Africa in Op's estimation and why does he believes it is if he does?

What was the thinking that informed the nature of the Nigeria ballot paper v the thinking behind that of Zambia or and others....
