igbo language has many variation. It's culture is diverse. Abia state uses Umu ntakiri or nwatakiri. More over ikwerre is a sub-group of igbo. They are minority sub group in igbo land. Stop confusing yourself. 2 Likes

Patrioticbreed9:Google it up. We have what we call igbo-uzugbe: Which is central igbo and is mostly spoken by the aro people in abia state. This central igbo when spoken, all igbo from different towns, clans and kindred can understand it. Igbo written literature, books and poems uses igbo-uzugbe. U can't see any literature written wt anambra dialect or Owerri dialect. So back to your question: umu-azi is not a general igbo dialect. Every clan in igboland has their own dialect. An abia state man may answer iheanyi But imo state man will answer ifeanyi. Ekene = anambra state Ekele = abia state Chinonyerum= anambra Chinonyerem = abia.
