The name ascribed to the followers of Jesus Christ by unknown non-christians was and still is Christians, meaning people after the likeness of Jesus Christ, doing things Jesus did, behaving and acting like Jesus. This is exactly what Jesus has asked that humans do, i.e. to emulate Him, to do what we have seen Him do. Jesus Himself called them His followers, and the Children God has given Him.
On a lighter note, you have names you call your children, collectively, onlookers will call them Anti-christians, being that they are your offspring, it's as simple as that.
