I'm prepaid customer of IBEDC,for every power recharged I’m prompted to pay above certain amount before I can be recharged, again today I'm prompted to recharge above #18173.55 ,please anyone have a reason for this, when i did not borrow power. Kindly help |

filiks2002:very simple, you are paying the previous power debt owed before you got the meter or you probably got the meter from a third party whose apartment is still paying old debt. |
