1. Find an Ibo to follow
2. Observe which politician he hates
3. Find a reason for the hate

If politician is Yoruba bet high on victory for the candidate. The more Ibo hates a Yoruba the higher the chance of victory for the politician.

If politician is Northerner bet moderate.
