On security, we need the cooperations of our neighbors unfortunately, these neighbors are willing to tackle the cross border insecurity but lack the logistics to do so. That is where Nigeria comes in, to form a symbiotic relationship with the neighbors.
I haven't read the details but it is wise to give it the US-Ukraine approach. We have proforce, a company that produce these equipment. Nigeria can pay in instalment thereby strengthening our local companies as well as our relationship and our position in west Africa
