Your passport is with the Abj TLS. Their inventory system is very shabby now . So they are having a hard time updating received passport from UKVI. Send a complaint email to TLS. It goes directly to the TLS customer service at their headquarter. They will straighten the Nigeria TLS up. You will receive your collection mail same day. Select visa process.

I applied for visa at ABJ TLS office on the 19th Aug, I had to make a paid call to UKVI on 15th of Sep to confirm that a decision has been made on my application but my passport is yet to leave the British high commission uptill now, I went to the British high commission to lay my complain but they only collected my Gwf number and told me to wait for a mail but I haven’t received any mail I’ve been making a paid call to the UKVI but they are not picking my calls.. please I need assistance on what to do to fast track the release of my passport… I’m really confused at this point. if u have a biometrics appointment for Wednesday you should NOT pay any extra fees for walk in as it does not make sense. Do not confuse yourself. Anything not listed on your CAS is not mandatory. I am yet to see NSF asking about transcript
