My honest advice to you and I hope you heed to it is to totally cut ties with your friends ,the only people you should try to go out of your way to help are you siblings and parents, every other loose change you have make sure you invest it selfishly on yourself, write a list of projects you need to achieve before the year ends, and most importantly than anything else buy that land.
