I did not watch the primaries election, but if the votes of Tambuwal were assigned to Atiku after voting had commensed, then Wike will win in court.

But from the write up, Tambuwal stepped down after voting has commenced and asked that his votes be transferred to Atiku. So some people voted for Tambuwal and the votes were added to that of Atiku.
If the above was the case, then Wike has a point.

If you are steppeing down, you do so before the commencement of voting and not after voting has commenced.

This man might have a good case at hand. I’m not sure if transfer of votes is allowed in such context. Tambuwal didn’t step down while addressing the delegates. Election has began and the order now came in. Does it now mean when counting, some votes which belong to Tambuwal now been submitted for Atiku.
Court will clarify anyway.
