I pity the students sha.

ASUU members already have their careers and they don't care about the upcoming ones.

So it has reached to a point of begging APC for a quality education and proper duration ?

And someone wants to still vote for APC
Still wants to vote for an Old Man?
Still want to vote a sick man
Still want to vote a Muslim after Muslim?
Still want to vote complete disaster?

The problem of Nigeria is not the leaders but the gullible Masses ....

Look at the party that is willing to sacrifice lawmakers earnings for better education in Nigeria.

Independent body should look into this strike. If they are demanding too much the union should be disbanded and outlawed. We all know Nigeria is facing serious economic problems.

How can you be facing serious economic problems but you have #1.2Billion money to give Nigel Republic for security to buy SUV cars...

How can Nigeria be facing serious economic challenges when you as FG started off a rail project from Abuja to Niger Republic costing the country 1trillion Naira??

I mean what is really happening in this country??

The problem of Nigeria is that ,there are no sane minds to draw out scale of preference on some important issues....

We don't need rail system if our Education is in the mud....
We don't need rail system if there is no security....

As we speak now, most of the rail stations are not working due to insurgency.....

Who advises the President pls??

This guy must either be selfish or ignorant of his comment. This ppl are fighting for their salaries not development of Education because it is evidently clear that finally they insist that if govt meet their salary demand and implement UTAS they'll go back to class, so where is the studens' needs?
This year alone FG paid them N92billion Earned Academic Allowances in January and got more than N50billion last year.
Nigeria is one of the countries pumping huge money into education than most African Nations, our population is just a big factor in our growth. TETFUND receive 2% annual industrial revenues of Nigeria and pushed them into education. Annual spending of TETFUND and FMoE is more than N1trillion much bigger than any other sector in Nigeria but these people and other ignorant folks can't get it right.

I am wondering which of them is the employer. Possibly, ASSU. In any case, the present administration has the unique administrative acumen to promise. When it gets fed up, either side will show who is the employer and who is the employee and clip the wings of the beautiful bird that has lost its way

ASUU really sucks.
Nigeria is not being run as a democratic state.

Politicians have finnaly signed to stomach infrastructure. No more national development.

The people we choose to represent us are now philanthropizing us with our own resources.

WTF.

Parents are not your employers yet you want your employer to bend to your stupid demands.

Your employer wants you on ippis, start there!
if you are in university setting, you will know that ippis is not a good platform for the educational sector, why do you think nnpc, customs, firs, npa are not being paid via ippis?

I'm just laughing at the federal universities because they are going to loose students if they don't call it off this yr because the number of students dat are ready to go to private university despite the huge amount they will pay are much
