Most times the messages are sent in bulk, and lots of Npower beneficiaries might have even misplaced their phones or might have enabled do not disturb DND and might not get the text message.

I have told you what to do, as long as you passed your Npower physical verification and you are a beneficiary you will be contacted but if in a state of impatience or doubt then you can proceed to your local government area secretariat to observe things yourself, the next batch starts on the 23rd and ends on Friday.

Send your Npower ID and payment issue to Npower Twitter handle @npower_ng and it will be forwarded to Npower technical team in charge of payment, once resolved your payment will be reinitiated and paid as backlog payment.

Npower News August 26th 2022, says that Npower beneficiaries with pre-selected status on their Npower portal were selected as Npower beneficiaries and will be deployed soon, Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries with blank Npower ppa letter are to continue to monitor their Npower portal for their deployment schedule which will be updated soon. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries are to note that there is no provision for inter state redeployment the only requirement for redeployment from one state to another state is marriage, which can only be considered when the claim is supported by all the necessary matrimonial documents, and certificates. Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries with "pass" physical verification status are to monitor their Npower portal under the deployment page for updates on their deployment schedule. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries with pending physical verification status after completing their physical verification exercise are to send their Npower ID and complaint to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng and it will be sorted out.
Npower April stipend, Npower January stipend, Npower February stipend, Npower May Salary and Npower June stipend with failed payment status will be reinitiated and paid as backlog payments, Npower batch c beneficiaries are to send their Npower ID and complaint to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries with processing Npower stipend are to exercise patience as they will be paid. Npower batch c beneficiaries paid their Npower stipend but were not credited into their bank account are to forward their bank statement of account as a PDF file to Support.npower@nasims.gov.ng as proof.
Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries that wants to change their back account can do that now that the deployment process has not been completed, once the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment process is completed changing the bank account details will affect the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiary's monthly stipend.
