What do you expect when the economy is hard... poverty, hunger, hardship, high costs of living, high cost of food stuffs...police are human beings the hard economy is also affecting them....bribe and corruption is in every sector in nigeria.... education, health sector, federal and state government agencies and offices , banking sector, petroleum sector NNPC, even in the church, electricity and power sector, national assembly, sports sector and many other sector in nigeria..so nobody is a saint... it's not only police that collects bribe and are corrupt
