Sorry brother... Anyways I saw a video that says soursop helps. You start taking it, blend it like smoothie and take like pap. And then stay off sugary and carbohydrate foods.

Also stop all these vegetarian dieting. It's not even an African culture. Start taking all meats available, fish and proteinous foods. I wish you well.
