Illegal immigration in my estimates contributes a less than 10% strain on service delivery issues to SA citizens unless you have a better stat, I am sticking to that on the grounds that the population of "immigrants" within the country cannot be more than 6 million people as a whole and the numbers are too small to cause a crash in the allocation of resources to a 55-60 million population. Mathematically it does not add up and your government knows this.
