The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN had a surgical procedure at one of the Nigerian hospitals in Lagos few weeks ago, he later got discharged and went on medical leave to enable him recuperate fully but the Vice President is always seen engaging in some important meetings virtually but his SSA on media and publicity, Laolu Akande tweeted on his verified handle this money that the VP is fit and he will be back on his feets to do more for the Nigerian people.

He said "VP Osinbajo is physically attending the weekly Federal Executive Council today. He is grateful for all the get-well wishes sent by Nigerians & others from all walks of life since the surgical operation & the recuperation period. He intends to be getting up and doing more and more."
