Obong Victor Attah fought and won the case that gave oil-producing states the 13% oil derivation benefits they are all enjoying today. Attah didn't receive that money during his term. OBJ withheld it. When Akpabio came, he was paid in full and that was the money he used in making Akwa Ibom what it is today. The few major infrastructure you see in Akwa Ibom today, were built by Akpabio.

The nest of Champions, Tropicana, Four Point by Sheraton hotel, IK prison, Ibom specialist hospital, 3 Cottage hospitals, Government House and banquet Hall, new governor and deputy lodges and offices, Ibom library, Ibom airport, Police college, Nave coledge, aremodelling of Ikot Ekpene town, Urban renewal of Uyo metrolis, construction of roads, flyoovers, and bridges accross the state and many more.

As we all know, Akpabio was one of the best in his time courtesy of his achievements in office.
He was Able to do all these because of the battles Victor Attah fought to lay the foundation for him.

This was a great and notable achievement of Victor Attah. He was highly celebrated and we the AkwaIbomites always acknowledge him for this gesture anytime we have the opportunity to do so.

In the midst of all these, no one has or will attribute Akpabio's achievements to Victor Attah. We all know the role both of them played in taking us to where we are today.

There was no reason for Attah to claim the project of his successors. Apart from the on-shor / off-shore oil dichotomy, he was able to build some land mark projects such as, Ibom five star hotel, and golf resort, initiated and laid the foundation for the ibom airport, laid the foundation for AKSU, built Ibom plaza, Itam main park and many more. He also constructed major roads like, Fourlane, IBB, Atiku road, Abak road, Nwaniba road, Oron and many internal roads.

Attah played his part well. Akpabio built on it and Udom is following in that footstep.
Nobody has ever attributed any of Akpabio's or Udom's achievements to Attah because he has his own too and they can all be verified.

Now tell us what BAT did without mentioning Fashola and Ambode' achievements.

Check London mass transport lane and see the difference.

Tinubu received Lagos state allocation in full. Tinubu created additional LCDAs which the Federal Government refused to fund.
