It was only LGA funds that were withheld alongside a few other states because the governors created LGA's illegally.

LGA funds are meant to be used by the various chairmen for those LGA'S. However, Tinubu received allocations just like other governors 100%.

Lagos was already a power house. Most companies had bases in Lagos. Ports and all. Easy to enforce collection when you know your other company will do it

Tinubu, ebonyi and one other state govs, created extra local govt area without following due process and federal govt asked dem to revert it else no local govt allocation for them.
The other two govs reverted but tinubu refused. So local govt allocation was withheld and not Lagos as a state.
OBJ still dey alive and have counter this notion on several occasions but u people choose to be following the propaganda of tinubu.
I Repeat, Lagos state allocation was not withheld for a second during tinubu era.

With the advantage Lagos had over Anambra, we expected massive projects in Lagos compared to Anambra while comparing the two.

The budget of Anambra is like 10% of Lagos budget, yet Peter Obi outperformed Tinubu who only raised and looted Lagos IGR and continue looting it till today.

Obi inherited a state burnt down by Uba family over fight with Ngige whom they kidnapped for renegading on agreement.

Obi started building the state from scratch.

Lagos on the other hand already had federal presence advantage as former capital, yet Tinubu could not add one bridge or flyover to what the military and former administrator of Lagos left for him.

Tinubu failed when compared with all indices viz-a-viz how much he received compared to how much Anambra received under Obi

Stop mixing up things. What Obj stopped was local government funding as enshrined in the constitution but tinubu was going about claiming the whole Lagos allocation was stopped.
